What I now encourage you to do is to work on another ebook with more info (detail tips etc) to act as an upsell. This way, some of you subscribers will buy and you can cover your traffic expenses. Whether it be ppc or articles etc.

It was a bit slow getting the ebook ready but now that i have it all set up and automated i can concentrate on traffic generation and setting myself some targets like you said.

then put a new plan together to grow the list

have 90 day target
month target
weekly targets
daily targets

get out there and put traffic generation
on full power to build that list

keep an eye on conversions – aim for 50%
and it will all come together,

the rest can wait

traffic at your offer is main focus
so u build list & leverage =. $$$

Congratulations on releasing your e-book!!! I feel your pain when you said it took longer than expected… Mine is currently being worked on at the moment, and I hope to have it ready very shortly (this week).
